2004 – Gippsland Victoria. Dr David Iser conducts a health survey of residents living near the Toora wind project
Alarmed by patients presenting with similar symptoms following the start up of the wind project on Silcocks Hill, Toora, local General Practitioner and South Gippsland Shire Medical Officer, Dr David Iser conducted a confidential survey of patients. The results caused Dr Iser to present to the local Council, and eventually write to the relevant State Ministers and to the Premier of Victoria. No response was given.
