Dear Commissioner Pascoe,

It is my understanding that on December 11, 2014 the ACNC Assistant Commissioner David Locke ruled that the Waubra Foundation was not a Health Promotion Charity based on:

 to date there has been no rigorous independent scientific evidence that finds that the ill health complained of is caused by the physiological effects from wind turbines nor that there are human diseases called “wind turbine syndrome” or ‘vibroacoustic disease.

The purpose of this message is to share information with you and to request that in view of the evidence available, this decision be reconsidered…
