Emeritus Professor Colin Hansen, Submission to the Excessive Noise Bill Inquiry, November 2012

In his submission Professor Hansen fully supports the intentions of the subject amendment Bill, with some modifications.

In support of his submission, Professor Hansen includes two explanatory papers, one from Wade Bray, an internationally recognised psychoacoustics researcher from the USA, and the other from Rick James, an acoustics consultant from the USA which both draw conclusions that support the intention of the Bill.
