Morris, M Waterloo Wind Farm Survey, 2012
Community Noise Impact Survey, Waterloo South Australia
Mrs. Mary Morris, April 2012
Mrs Mary Morris is a 5th generation farmer in the Clare Valley, South Australia and knew of people, including wind turbine hosts, who were reporting their health and sleep was affected by the wind turbines at Waterloo (3 MW VESTAS V90’s which line a ridge running north south). In particular Mrs Morris knew of people living out to 10km from the nearest wind turbine, who could not see the turbines, who were also having problems but were not included in Mr Wang’s study.
Mrs. Morris decided to replicate Mr. Wang’s study and conduct a population survey out to 10km.
